Hey all. Good news from the NorthPoint dungeon: "Dystopia - Part 2" is at the mixing stage. So far it sounds quite a bit edgier than its predecessor, but fear not – it´s still very much Royal Hunt. The word´s out that this album will contain 9 tracks with running time just under an hour. Mastering session has already been booked and we all simply can´t wait to let you hear the result – should be epic. So wish us luck in mixing "Dystopia - Part 2" and – [...]
Thanks to John Giles of The Pure Music Factory for the late night chat. Cute cat on 11.13. Cheers \m/
... it´s DC´s turn to ask questions and comment on Andre´s answers for a change. Rare situation and quite fun to watch. Enjoy the new music from the studio session and the chat.

Hey Campers, Henrik just happened to be in the neighborhood, so – after a cup of coffee and a little chat – what´s more natural than just walk on the mic and rip for a couple of hours? Vivid performance – as usual, actually – and we can´t wait to let you hear it for yourself. Cheers! RH
Hey Campers, We put a camera in front of DC and let him share his views on the new album, being a musician for so many years and even followed him around while he was recording his parts in the studio. Enjoy!
It is remarkable to see Royal Hunt on the pages of "BIG IN JAPAN" - a special issue of BURRN magazine. Pretty notable to find the whole lot of stories about Royal Hunt's musical journey in Japan among the stories of such monsters as Bon Jovi, Mr.Big, Helloween, Fair Warning, Harem Scarem, Night Ranger, Dokken. You can purchase this issue on Amazon Japan. Contents of this special issue of Burrn! magazine: Chapter 1: General ●The era when CDs sold the most = the era of the metal bubble ●Special industry [...]
Hey bassplayers / lowenders of all sorts… Andreas Passmark´s in the house!... but some of you mortals can also join in J Our own King of Rumble is sharing his wisdom about some very important issues: the elegance of a Spector bass, the silkiness of D´Addario strings, the contagious attraction to a Quadcortex and all things sexy from Mesa Boogie. On camera! He does it all on camera (while looking stunning - as always), luring us into his world of low B´s, 15” speakers and other stuff that goes “boom-boom-boom”. [...]
